Our GPL service provider has informed us that Yith has changed its pricing structure and has removed the options to buy a “unlimited” licence for plugins and as such the Yith plugins will shortly become unavailable for release on GPL.
Yith plugins are good, full of features & they provide excellent support, BUT if you use multiple plugins for a solution, it gets expensive REAL QUICK.
@FAQ, we’ve opted out of participating in Yith plugin purchases or including any additional costs in their purchase. The procedure we propose is that :
- FAQ sets up an email group for Yith for each customer, including FAQ and the customer’s billing contact.
- We will instruct the billing contact on what plugins to buy when receiving the purchase confirmation. We will install the plugins.
- The customers will pay plugins.
- Support from Yith staff is available to all customer accounts with active plugin licenses.
- The future utilization of plugins is contingent upon customers renewing them.
