Non-refundable: Prepay Blocks are not refundable once purchased.
Scope locked: Prepay covers the original quoted scope only. Any new requirements or changes will require a separate request and Prepay Block.
Credit carry-over: Any unused time from a Prepay Block is automatically stored as shop credit for future use.
Validity: Credits remain valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Scheduling: Work is scheduled once proof of payment is received. Turnaround depends on current workload.
