Application & Background Review
You submit the application. We review your business, online presence, and goals before we respond. If we see a genuine fit, we schedule a call. If we don't, we'll tell you directly — no time wasted on either side.
Scope & Plan Agreement
We discuss your needs, confirm the right plan level, and define the exact deliverables in writing. For Retainer + Growth Share partners, this includes agreeing the commission threshold and attribution model in FluentCRM. Nothing starts until the scope is signed.
Onboarding — We Get to Work
Systems set up, channels connected, CRM configured, first content calendar planned. We do the heavy lifting in the first month so the ongoing rhythm is smooth and predictable for both sides.
Monthly Rhythm — Consistent & Measured
Agreed deliverables delivered, tracked and reported each month. Monthly check-in to review performance, adjust priorities, and plan ahead. The model compounds — the longer we work together, the more we know about what works for your specific audience.
No surprises.

Your data is yours. If you leave, once your account is settled you receive cPanel access to transfer your domain, database and code. What's yours stays yours.
Theme and plugin licensing. All themes and plugins used by FAQ (excluding any we specifically invoice you for) are owned by FAQ. If the contract ends, you'll need to licence them yourself for future updates.
12-month initial term. Early exit triggers a payout of remaining months with one calendar month's notice. After the initial term: month-to-month.
Shop Manager access for your team. Where WooCommerce is involved, your staff get Shop Manager access — full control of products, stock levels and prices. No backend or cPanel access provided to clients.
Commission attribution (Growth Share). Lead and sale attribution tracked via FluentCRM tagging from day one. Attribution model agreed in writing before the contract is signed.
Confidentiality. All information you provide stays within FAQ. Application data, business details and operational intelligence shared during the partnership are never disclosed outside FAQ staff.
