WORDPRESS

WordPress is today the international standard for websites.  There are almost unlimited templates (designs) free and for sale and almost anything you want to do with a website you can add as plugins.

BUT (and this is my personal opinion):

  • The Admin tool takes time to get used to working with.
  • Code & plugin maintenance is time-consuming and VERY necessary!
  • Backups are critical.

  • We can add pages for you and as many pages as you need.   A quote will be provided based on the number of pages in your order (content printed A4).
  • Newsletter template & database setup
  • Content must be provided in electronic format, publish ready, with all relevant images, logos & photos BEFORE the project starts.
  • Create & link social media profiles on the networks you need  ( Facebook pages, Youtube Channels, Google+ Business Pages, Twitter profiles etc)
  • WordPress - if customers (or their developers prefer) we can create & host a WordPress website.  WordPress hosting automatically includes daily offsite backups.
  • Cpanel access - If the client, their IT staff, developers or resellers need to maintain its website, and DNS or control the creation or password reset of email accounts, we will create & move your website to your cpanel account.

SUPPORT OPTIONS

  • Support calls are billed in addition to hosting fees
  • All calls must be logged online or on support email.
  • All calls that can be done within 1 hour will be completed as soon as possible ( and we aim to have all calls completed within 48 hours) and will be billed in blocks of 20 min.  All calls that are estimated to take longer than 1 hour will be quoted and must be approved before work will start.
