Online Marketing Program Terms & Conditions

  • All information provided is accurate.
  • The information is provided to FAQ in the process of applying for the Online Marketing Partnership. FAQ confirms that the information provided will not be shared with any person outside of the FAQ staff.
  • The application is subject to further investigation by FAQ staff, and only if the application is approved will my company be able to join the Online Marketing Partnership.
  • Program costs and deliverables will be subject to the FAQ Terms & Conditions, and if approved, the contract will be binding for 12 months. Should the contract be terminated by the client, the remainder of the 12-month contract will be paid out as a termination fee with one calendar month's notice.
  • In using the website, your appointed store managers will have WooCommerce Shop Manager access limited to and be responsible for order and stock level management.
  • Where orders are paid by EFT your appointed store managers will update the payment status of EFT orders online within 48 hours of the client placing the order and update courier tracking codes if delivery is by courier.
  • No backend, FTP, or CPanel access will be provided.
  • Should I leave the program, I will be provided with the site design, content, products, and sales data linked to a vanilla WordPress & WooCommerce install. No additional plugins and configuration, as completed by FAQ, will be provided.
  • The first R40 000pm of NET SALES will be excluded from commission.
