Here are the instructions to help you setup your email account
#1 LOG IN TO WEBMAIL (ON THE DEVICE YOU WANT TO SET UP)
To log in into Webmail, go to https://webmail.faq.co.za or mail.your-domain-name with your full email & password. First time users will be displayed set up instruction on log-in, regular webmail users must visit the “Configure Mail Client” on the setup dropdown.
#2 – AUTOMATIC CONFIGURATION
On MOST devices you can setup an IMAP mail account with just your (full) email & your password. Simply add new account & provide details.
If your mail application is any of the listed below you can also download a reconfigured configuration script form webmail that will setup your IMAP mailbox. Download the required script & run.
#3 – MANUAL CONFIGURATION
Follow instruction as in step#1 for Manual settings or to email instructions to an email address (like your IT / Support person)
