* 1.2. You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration.
* 1.3. FAQ reserves the right to verify your eligibility and refuse access to anyone who does not meet these criteria.

* Registration:

* 2.1. You must create an account on the FAQ website to participate in auctions.
* 2.2. During registration, you may be required to provide proof of identity.

* Bidding Process:

* 3.1. Bidding is conducted through our online platform.
* 3.2. Once registered, you can place bids on available items during specified auction periods.
* 3.3. Bids are binding commitments, and you are responsible for all bids placed using your account.
* 3.4. You cannot retract or cancel a bid once submitted.

* Winning Bids:

* 5.1. The highest bid at the end of the auction wins the item.
* 5.2. The winning bidder is legally obligated to purchase the item at the winning bid price.
* 5.3. You will receive a confirmation email if you win an auction, including instructions for payment and item pickup.

* Payment:

* 6.1. Payment must be made in full within 48hours of auction closing.
* 6.2. Accepted payment methods will be specified on the FAQ website.
* 6.3. Failure to make payment within 48hours, will result in the auction being awarded to the runner up or the item re-auctioned and your account may be suspended or banned.

* Code of Conduct:

* 7.1. Users of FAQ Online Auction are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner.
* 7.2. Any abusive or illegal behaviour will result in immediate account suspension.

By participating in the FAQ Online Auction, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules and guidelines. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or legal action. Auction Armoury reserves the right to amend these rules at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the rules regularly for updates.
