Backup Policy
- Weekly backups are maintained by FAQ for recovery purposes.
- In the event of a system issue or malfunction, FAQ will restore the most recent available backup.
- The allocated time for a standard restore is 40 minutes.
Restoration & Recovery Process
- If the issue cannot be resolved through a standard restore, FAQ will investigate and attempt to repair the problem at the published hourly Development Support rate, with a minimum billing of one hour.
- Should the repair require additional time, FAQ will provide a ballpark quotation before proceeding further.
Optional Services:
- A Daily Offsite Backup option is available .
- A Daily Offsite backup AND a clone copy of website acting as a stage siteÂ

- By accepting full Administrator rights, I understand that I assume responsibility for any changes made to the website, its configuration, plugins, or content.
- FAQ will not be held liable for data loss, downtime, or website issues resulting from administrative actions or third-party interference.
