Please take note:

  • Support calls are billed in addition to hosting fees with a minimum of 20 min per request.
  • All requests must be logged online or on support email, phone / Whatsapp / Telegram support will be logged by support staff.
  • All calls that can be done within 1 hour will be completed as soon as possible (and we aim to have all calls completed within 48 hours) and will be billed in blocks of 20 min.  All requests that are estimated to take longer than 1 hour will be quoted and must be approved before work will start
  • Standard support rates (Mar 2022-Feb 2023):
    • Content, design & online support - R200 p/20min or R500ph
    • Development - R250 p/20min or R700ph
    • Project management, IT systems, consulting & onsite support - R300 p/20min or R800ph
  • Ongoing Monthly Content Support Retainers:
    • Support 2 : 2 x 20 min content / design / (phone or remote) email support calls per month: R360pm  (Saving R40pm)
    • Support 4 : 4 x 20 min content / design / (phone or remote) email support calls per month: R680pm  (Saving R120pm)
    • Support 1H/W: 1 hour per week (12 months retainer with 10% discount on additional services)
    • Support 3H/W 3 hours per week (12 months retainer with 15% discount on additional services)
    • Support 5H/W 5 hours per week (12 months retainer with 20% discount on additional services)
